Shipping policy

VERSAND

  • Shipping to Germany is free on orders over 50€ (or 2.99€ if under) and take about 2-3 days to be delivered.
  • For all other EU orders, shipping rates vary and orders may take 4-9 business days.
  • Orders are sent normally via DPD.
  • For UK orders, please visit adonis-foods.com!


RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • If you ordered or received the wrong item, or there is another problem with your order, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, please send us your order confirmation and a photo of your order with your reason for return to hello@adonis-foods.com
  • We will investigate the issues and if the return is accepted, you will receive a shipment label to return your item free of charge.
  • Refunds will then be sent via the original payment method no later than 30 days after the returned products have been received.


SCHWEIZ / SWITZERLAND

Für unsere Schweizer Kunden gilt folgender Hinweis insbesondere: Lieferungen in die Schweiz und der im umsatzsteuerlichen Sinne der Schweiz zugeordneten Länder werden über einen Zwischenhändler, die Mein Einkauf GmbH, abgewickelt. Die Mein Einkauf GmbH stellt die ordnungsgemäße Verzollung und Rechnungslegung sicher. Die Lieferung erfolgt vollständig verzollt zum im Shop genannten Endpreis, bei Lieferung fallen keine zusätzlichen Einfuhrabgaben an.


GTC - Hinweis (Vertragsschluss):
„Bei Lieferungen in die Schweiz kommt der Kaufvertrag mit der MeinEinkauf AG, St. Gallen (CHE-331.561.017 MWST) zustande. Die MeinEinkauf AG übernimmt auch die Zollabwicklung, Rechnungsstellung und Lieferung innerhalb der Schweiz. Diese Leistung ist im Kaufpreis und ggf. anfallenden Versandkosten enthalten. Zur Transparenz weisen wir darauf hin, dass auch die MeinEinkauf GmbH in DE-Konstanz (DE285677365) in die Lieferkette eingebunden ist – für dich als Käufer entstehen dadurch keine zusätzlichen Kosten.“


GTC - Note (conclusion of contract):
“For deliveries to Switzerland, the purchase contract is concluded between the buyer and MeinEinkauf AG, St. Gallen (CHE-331.561.017 MWST). MeinEinkauf AG also handles customs clearance, invoicing, and delivery in Switzerland. This service is included in the purchase price and any shipping costs that may be charged. To ensure smooth delivery to Switzerland, we inform you, for the sake of transparency, that MeinEinkauf GmbH in DE-Konstanz (DE285677365) is also involved in the supply chain. This does not incur any additional costs for the buyer.”
